Q - How do I purchase an item ? You can purchase by clicking the 'order' button on the item page and we will send you a secure Paypal invoice. Alternatively, you can order via telephone on (UK) 01506 883030 or (International) 0044 1506 883030.
We can accept all major credit / debit cards via Paypal (you don't need to have a Paypal account to use this service) Most major credit / debit cards via telephone (we cannot currently process Amex via telephone) Cheques and direct bank transfer in Sterling.
Unless otherwise stated on the listing, all prices shown include shipping. If a shipping quote is requested on the listing, please email with your post/zip code or town and we'll find the most competitive price, from a range of major couriers, for you to consider. Q - How do I track my order ? We send all items via a tracked service, and will email you with tracking details upon dispatch. Items sent via Royal Mail can be tracked on the RM and USPS websites and items sent via courier can be tracked on their respective websites. Should there be any queries regarding delivery, please contact ourselves in the first instance. Q - What happens if I don't like the item ? We realise that buying an item without handling it can be difficult, and as such, we offer a full 'No Quibble' guarantee on every item that we sell. If you wish to return an item, for any reason (we won't ask), simply email and return it in the condition received within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. Q - Is it possible to view an item in person ? Although we are now an internet only business, you are more than welcome to arrange a viewing in person. Simply email or telephone to arrange a suitable time. Q - How do I contact you ? We can be contacted via email or telephone. Due to the nature of our business, we are often away at auctions or fairs, etc, so if phoning and we can't answer, please leave a clear message and contact number on the answering machine and we'll call back as soon as possible. |
