This is a vintage cased glass oil lamp, fitted with it's original Kosmos Brenner burner, & dating the 1960's / 70's.

There is no makers mark or label on the lamp, although it is very similar to the Holmegaard glass of the 60's / 70's.

The lamp has a Bright Orange cased glass font & a White cased glass 'double cone' shaped shade. The shade has a brass collar fitted to it's clear base, which fits securely onto the burner's shade holder.

The single burner is made of brass, & the riser knob is marked 'KOSMOS BRENNER'.

Condition is Fine, with absolutely no damage, other than the expected light wear to the base. The lamp looks to have had very little use.

The total height is approx 14 1/4" or 36cm.

Overall, a lovely & original 'retro' lamp, which would work well as a functional lamp or purely as a decorative piece.
