This is an Arcadian China miniature crested ware castle, fully backstamped, & dating to between 1904 - 1924. The front of the vase is decorated with the crest of FRINTON ON SEA. The base has the printed 'A&S Stoke on Trent' ARCADIAN CHINA mark, which was used from 1904 until 1924. Condition is fine, with no damage other than light rubbing to the top left quarter of the crest. The castle measures approx 2 1/8" or 5.3cm high. |
