This is an Arcadian China miniature crested ware hexagonal vase, fully backstamped, & dating to between 1904 - 1924. The front of the vase is decorated with the crest of BRIGHTON, & the motto 'IN DEO FIDEMUS'. The base has the printed 'A&S Stoke on Trent' ARCADIAN mark, which was used from 1904 until 1924. There is also a hand painted decorators mark. Condition is fine, with no damage. The castle measures approx 2 1/4" or 5.7cm high. |
