The painting shows a lochside landscape, with sailing boats on the water, & the sun setting on the hills in the background.

The painting is framed & mounted under glass, & is signed 'J Russell' to the lower left.

Condition of the painting is Fine, with no damage. The (later) frame is good, with no damage.

The visible image is approx 15 5/8" x 5 3/4" (approx 39.8 x 14.5cm), whilst the frame is approx 21 3/4" x 11 3/4" at widest points (approx 55.5 x 29.8cm).
