This is an early / mid 20th Century Oil on Board of a coastal landscape, almost certainly Scottish, & signed P Quinn.

The painting shows a Scottish coastal village, with a row of traditional cottages & a lighthouse to the fore, & distant hills over the water, in the background.

The painting is framed & unglazed, & is signed 'P Quinn' to the lower left.

Condition of the painting is Fine, with no damage, but would benefit from a light clean. The (earlier) frame is fairly good, with a chip to the finish on the top L/H corner.

The visible image is approx 13 3/4" x 9 3/4" (approx 35cm x 24.8cm), whilst the frame is approx 18 3/4" x 15" (approx 47.7cm x 38cm).
