This is a large, signed coastal landscape watercolour by Alan Capey, entitled Gruinard Bay, & most probably dating to the latter half of the 20th Century.

The watercolour is of a view of Gruinard Bay, which is in Wester Ross in the Scottish Highlands.

The painting is mounted & framed under glass, & is signed to the lower right, with the title to the lower left.

Condition is fine, with still vibrant colours.

The visible image measures approx 21 3/4" x 15 1/4" (approx 55.7cm x 38.6cm), whilst the frame measures approx 30 1/2" x 24 1/4" (approx 77.5cm x 61.5cm).
